Lightning In Shelf Cloud
Sunset, Lightning, Shelf Cloud and Cloud Motion
I like this shot because of the layers to it. The wispy look on the top, the shelf cloud in the middle and the sunset and lightning on the bottom.
Another one of my favourite shelf cloud images comes from that same Kansas shelf cloud on May 24th, 2018. As it got closer, multiple layers began to develop.
A nasty shelf cloud passing through Hamilton, Ontario on August 11th, 2017. This same cell produced a tornado outside Kitchener earlier in the day.
Omnious Binbrook Skies
A nasty shelf cloud passing through Hamilton, Ontario on August 11th, 2017. This same cell produced a tornado outside Kitchener earlier in the day. At this point, it was scraping the ground in Binbrook.
The image turned out slightly blurry, but that's because the RFD winds were hitting the car at over 60mph and rocking the car. May 29th, 2018. Near Buffalo, Oklahoma.

Port Dover, Ontario Lightning Show
A strong storm passed through the Port Dover region. Put on a good lightning show.
One of several tornadoes that this super cell produced this day.
This Wall Cloud was behind the farm, but it has an unnerving look of being right over the top of the farm.
Tornado And Wall Cloud
The Wall Cloud on the right dropped several tornadoes after the tornado on the left occluded.

Time Lapse Camera Freeze Frame
The very blue/purple color in the background was caused by the reflection of the lightning onto the falling rain.
One of my favorites from this day. Both the bolts and the very low hanging shelf cloud made for a nice image.
